Description:
The hot air circulating binder removal furnace is specially
designed for the binder removal processes of advanced ceramics with
many formation methods, e.g. ceramic ferrules, ceramic mobile phone
cases, MLCC, etc., can realize the binder removal of products as
well as the secondary purification and treatment of the waste gas,
and perfectly realize the binder removal process.
➢Characteristics:
◆Working temperature: RT～550℃.
◆The hot air circulating structure has uniform temperature field
and adjustable air speed.
◆Integral design, convenience in operation.
◆All-sided monitoring is realized through the layout of 6
thermocouples, wherein 1 for temperature control and 5 for
temperature testing; the temperature recorder displays and records
online.
◆The programmed temperature controller with the precision of 0.1
controls the temperature, the PID parameters are self-set;
over-temperature, under-temperature and thermocouple breakage
warning protection.
◆Both the hearth and the material tray are made of the alloy heat
resistant plate which is high temperature and corrosion resistant,
and the internal cleanliness of the hearth is high.
◆Comprehensive protection functions, degreasing explosion-proof
system, over-temperature protective function, over-temperature
automatic power-off.
◆The furnace door is of the double-layer concave and convex sealing
structure, the sealing effect is reliable, and the heat is not
leaked.
